No, I m not upset at all.
It’s just I have too much on my plate right now and Certain things I can get it done only on the weekends. Your yoga is helping me. I can sit down on the floor for 20 minutes in vajrasan.
So yes, your yoga has helped me. And no I’m not upset at all.

I try to be in the class but some how bc of timing. But I do some on my own time what ever you teach. Just question about my low cholesterol high any particular exercise for that bc I don’t take any medicine for that. Hope everyone is doing well & I’m enjoying little lalan on Facebook. Also in September end I have breast. It was 1st stage so they just removed my cancer in October, I have to take only radiation for it.
I am done with my radiation also, feeling
very good.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate you I have lots of health issues like severe back pain and my whole right side pain and I was very actively Yoga person but last 3 months I am not able to do but I join you bakck and today when I was going this last eye stretching like looking on my right shoulder my whole right side face on pain and my eyes it’s closed every second when I try to look on my right shoulder so I feel like very weird feeling

Things are ok.
You won’t believe it but after doing your yoga I feel like a feather! I used to get floater in my eyes and that has completely I would say 90% is not there anymore from doing yoga. I look forward toππ
