I really appreciate you I have lots of health issues like severe back pain and my whole right side pain and I was very actively Yoga person but last 3 months I am not able to do but I join you bakck and today when I was going this last eye stretching like looking on my right shoulder my whole right side face on pain and my eyes it’s closed every second when I try to look on my right shoulder so I feel like very weird feeling

Back when I raised my both kids, it was nothing like what all the young parents like you are doing. I see what my daughter and son are doing raising my grandkids. You are a devoted mother, a working mother, running a house hold and finding time to teach yoga. That’s commendable. All this is because you have all the blessings for being so spiritual.
